The Lake in the Hills / Algonquin American Legion Post 1231 is once again proud to be a sponsor of free carnival rides for our area special needs kids at this year's Algonquin Founders' Days.
Here are the details for this year's event:
Who: Any special needs children & their siblings
What: Free carnival rides
Where: Spella Park, 2610 Harnish Dr., Algonquin – west of S. Randall Road next to the Algonquin Area Library
When: 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Thursday July 25th (1st day of Algonquin Founders’ Days)
How: Upon arrival and sign-in, everyone will be wrist-banded to allow Carnival workers to ID your eligibility. We ask that a child’s guardian be 16 years of age, or older.
