The Great Lakes ADA Center is pleased to announce a special session under the ADA Audio Conference Series titled: “COVID-19 and Return to Work” on Thursday, August 13, 2020. Featured speakers are Barry Taylor and Rachel Weisberg, Equip for Equality and the Illinois ADA Project.

Title: COVID-19 and Return to Work
Description: COVID-19 has raised many questions, including how it will impact the workplace. In this webinar, numerous issues will be discussed, including: Is COVID-19 a disability under the ADA? What accommodations are available for people with disabilities when returning to work? What if a person cannot wear a face covering due to a disability? Other than the ADA, what other laws are relevant for people with disabilities and their family members? This webinar will address these issues and more, as well as answer your questions about COVID-19 in the context of employment.
